Croachtalks collects account, profile, activity, location-consent, safety, report, chat, notification, and device-token information strictly needed to run the service securely. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
2. Location Privacy
Approximate locations (city, neighborhood) may be shown publicly. Exact coordinates and full street addresses are protected and should only be revealed to approved participants, depending on the organizer's settings. We fuzz coordinates in public queries to prevent stalking.
3. Data Retention & Deletion
Users can request account and data deletion directly from the mobile app settings. Some moderation flags, safety records, and audit logs may be retained where required by law or to prevent platform abuse for up to 2 years.
4. Compliance & Security
We employ end-to-end Row-Level Security on our databases. For GDPR and CCPA requests, please use our Data Deletion flow in-app or contact our Data Protection Officer at [email protected].
