Croachtalks collects account, profile, activity, location-consent, safety, report, chat, notification, and device-token information strictly needed to run the service securely.
2. Location Privacy
Approximate locations (city, neighborhood) may be shown publicly. Exact coordinates and full street addresses are protected and should only be revealed to approved participants, depending on the organizer's settings.
3. Data Retention & Deletion
Users can request account and data deletion directly from the mobile app settings. Some moderation flags, safety records, and audit logs may be retained where required by law or to prevent platform abuse.
4. Production Compliance
This privacy policy will be updated with final counsel review, subprocessor listings, regional privacy rights (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), and dedicated contact details prior to global launch.
