1. Platform Purpose

Croachtalks is an enterprise-grade platform designed exclusively for coordinating lawful real-world activities. Users are entirely responsible for their conduct, attendance choices, and compliance with local laws and ordinances.

2. User Obligations

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate account information. If paid features are ever introduced, you must also provide accurate billing information for them.
• You must respect host rules and safety directives.
• You must not engage in harassment, spam, scams, dangerous conduct, or illegal activity. Doing so will trigger permanent bans from the global platform.

3. Enforcement & Moderation

Croachtalks employs active moderation via our Trust & Safety team. We reserve the right to remove content, restrict accounts, cancel suspicious activities, preserve audit history, and cooperate with law enforcement to ensure community safety.

4. Legal Disclaimers

Croachtalks is provided “AS IS”. We explicitly disclaim liability for any physical harm, loss of property, or damages resulting from activities organized on this platform. Croachtalks is currently free to join and free to attend activities, with no paid subscriptions at this time; see our Pricing page for what's free today.
