1. Platform Purpose

Croachtalks is an enterprise-grade platform designed exclusively for coordinating lawful real-world activities. Users are entirely responsible for their conduct, attendance choices, and compliance with local laws and ordinances.

2. User Obligations

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate account and billing information.
• You must respect organizer rules and safety directives.
• You must not engage in harassment, spam, scams, dangerous conduct, or illegal activity. Doing so will trigger permanent bans from the global platform.

3. Enforcement & Moderation

Croachtalks employs active moderation via our Trust & Safety team. We reserve the right to remove content, restrict accounts, cancel suspicious activities, preserve audit history, and cooperate with law enforcement to ensure community safety.

4. Legal Disclaimers

Croachtalks is provided "AS IS". We explicitly disclaim liability for any physical harm, loss of property, or damages resulting from activities organized on this platform. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and are non-refundable after the 7-day grace period. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
